Fran Hickman was born in London and founded her own interior design studio in 2014.

After attending art school she worked on interior projects for the Soho House Group and collaborated with the architectural and interior design practice, Waldo Works.

She has since worked on a range of residential and commercial projects, including the Emilia Wickstead and Alice Temperly showrooms, amongst others.

Her residential portfolio includes a 46.000-sq mt villa in Regents Park, Benedict Cumberbatch’s family home and the renovation of a building by Richard Meier in East Hampton.

Managing money, time, the scope and client’s exceptions are daily challenges. The company also grew quickly last year which at times felt unwieldy but we now have a wonderful team and some exciting projects ahead.
