ON CATHERINE QUIN
I picked the tunic because it combines elegance femininity and presence – I love how it flows with the trousers and yet has clarity and definition in how it fits around the collar and shoulders.
ON INSPIRATION
Women who are true to their purpose. Women who think outside the box and allow themselves to follow their dreams. Women who speak out about the things that are wrong in society. Women who despite incredible trauma and violence, believe in themselves and rebuild their lives and the lives of those around them. I am inspired by women because the society we live in values women less, we are conditioned from an early age onwards to think that we are less, and so when we can overcome that conditioning and rise up and believe in ourselves, that is inspiring…

PERSONAL MOTTO
Life is a journey not a destination.
ON LIVING LIFE BY YOUR OWN RULES
Looking back, I can see that I defied a lot of rules from an early age on, but it didn’t feel like I was doing this consciously. I only remember feeling like the odd one out, not fitting in. So it’s only actually very recently that I super consciously decided to not worry about other people’s rules and just live by my own rules. For me this is a constant process of moving away from fear towards my fierce. And every time I do it – it’s amazing, because that is when I fulfil my purpose, I feel at peace and I grow my impact. I spoke about this in my recent TEDx talk.
